- Managing Hardware/ Desktop / Application support for the Plant.
- Managing SAP Maintenance for the Plant.
- Hardware Support.
- Responsible for Hardware and Application support for the Plant.
- Ensuring uptime of Servers running under VMware and other Servers like file servers, Outlook & windchill.
- Candidate should have a experience in SAP Support.
- Ensuring back up for necessary servers.
- Execution of AMCs for the IT service.
- Ensuring of Network uptime maintenance (LAN, WAN, TATA, reliance etc.,)
- Monitoring and tracking the logged calls, responsible for removing roadblocks in area of engineer availability.
- SAP Maintenance (Configuration / Installation) by coordinating with Corporate team.
- CCTV monitoring and data management & Asset Management
