Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-value design projects, including both standard and custom work.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and expectations are met.
• Maintain a portfolio of at least six completed customer projects.
• Provide a minimum of three customer testimonials, allowing the HL DP Program team to contact and verify.
• Ensure compliance with the program’s attendance requirement of a minimum of 12 days per month at the XP (design office).

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in independently managing high-value design projects.
• Project Portfolio: At least six completed customer projects, with a minimum of three testimonials from satisfied customers.
• Tools and Equipment:
  • Must have a laptop with legally licensed versions of SketchUp, V-Ray, and SpaceCraft Pro design software.
  • Strong internet connectivity is required.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp is required.
  • Knowledge of V-Ray is advantageous.
• Certifications: Completion of the HL Induction Training Process and SpaceCraft Pro Certification is mandatory.
